This page is for announcements about our Ebay buyers , for example you have bought something off us on an Ebay auction , but you sent a cheque , but all you sent was a cheque with no name and address enclosed , nor Ebay identification number , and often peoples real names are not connected in anyway to their Ebay name. So this page will have up info for people to check on outstanding problem , or if you have not received a parcel yet the answer why could be here !

Terms And Conditions
Unless stated all games / videos/consoles etc. are in PAL (UK Format) - (videos normally PAL / VHS Format)
These are our terms and conditions which we clearly lay out - Please read them , if you do not agree with them please do not bid - various 'people' have wrote and asked 'why all the waffle' - well it is because we want to be clear for both the buyer and the seller (us) what you are getting ok !! We do not generally have a reserve on our auctions just a sensible start price ! All items condition described as known , and as per the photo (unless it says otherwise what you see is what you get) for the item , we do not refund or return items we sell on Ebay auctions , sorry , if you want potentially returnable items please go to our RetroTrader.Com web site. If in doubt ask us , or do not bid , we do not attempt to deceive or cheat people , or mislead people in the description , but you can only explain so much in text - mistakes in the text are just that ok ! So ask before buying NOT after please if you have a question about the item ! (WE WILL sell to NON UK BUYERS but ONLY if they take into account before bidding the extra postage costs to their country , and ONLY if they PAY by PAYPAL in UK POUNDS )We have over 2500+ positive comments , from happy buyers with 99% positive feedback and many repeat customers , but unfortunately you cannot please everyone 100% of the time .We will send reminders after 3 days and issue non payment notices after 7 , and bad feedback to non payers ten days after that. The buyer is to pay all postage and packing costs. (for approximate prices outside of the UK use the postal calculator based on the approximate weight given at www.royalmail.com to estimate the postage to non UK destinations). We do not rip people off on posting and packing , but please do not write saying you charged us £2 and it said £1.80 on the parcel , my scales are not the post office scales OK so if you have a problem with postage again ask a question before paying not after !! If you are the winning bidder and you are not in the UK - PLEASE DO NOT GO THROUGH CHECKOUT until we have done a total and sent out the invoice to you !! And yes we can generally combine postage on multiple wins. We accept PayPal for UK and non UK buyers if they are confirmed with PayPal , if paying by cheque it can take up to two weeks before we send the item due to some nice people receiving the items and then stopping the Cheque's , sorry. We tend to go to the bank and the post office once or twice a week so it depends when your payment reaches us , with regards to the next post office / bank trip OK !
