Tatung Einstein TC-01 vintage UK home micro
British made home computer released 1984, has Z-80 processor, 64k memory, runs variant of C/PM Very large case for a home micro, its similar size and shape to an Apple IIe and can comfortably support a monitor on top. Extremely solidly made, has internal 3" drive, thankfully better made units than the troublesome units in Amstrads. There is space for a 2nd unit inside Was not a big success as very little software released for it. Tatung are a big manufacturer of monitors, and dropped this computer and the much rarer Einstein 256 and its CP/M business micros to make PC clones.
This one Works perfectly, there is a slight crack to the left hand side of the bottom half of casing. This is shown in one of the photos. Its otherwise excellent, with the case clean and not discoloured.
